Welcome to Nisalink. By joining and using the Nisalink affiliate network, you (“Publisher,” “Merchant,” or “User”) agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read carefully before participating.

By clicking “OK,” “Accept,” or similar confirmation on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You may print or save a copy of this Agreement for your records.

This Agreement may include additional appendices or policies (e.g., Publisher Policy, Merchant Policy, Payment Terms) that are considered part of these Terms.

1. Parties to the Agreement

This Agreement is between you and NISALINK, unless otherwise specified based on your location.

By registering an account or acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

2. Network Participation

2.1 Enrollment

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Update your details immediately if they change (e.g., contact info, tax details)
  • Agree to all Nisalink Network Policies available on our platform

Nisalink reserves the right to verify and validate all registration information. Misleading or false information may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 Access and Equipment

  • A stable internet connection
  • Proper hardware/software to access Nisalink services
  • Security of your login credentials

The Nisalink network is for business use only and cannot be used as a consumer service.

3. Key Definitions

  • Advertiser / Merchant: A business running campaigns via Nisalink to acquire customers
  • Publisher / Affiliate: A person or entity promoting merchants through Nisalink
  • End-User: A customer or visitor interacting with affiliate content
  • Content: Any text, images, videos, links, or media used in campaigns
  • Qualifying Link: A tracking-enabled link provided by Nisalink or authorized partners that measures clicks, leads, and sales
  • Network Policies: Additional guidelines and restrictions on using Nisalink services

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in the following:

  • Fraudulent or misleading practices, including fake leads, clicks, or transactions
  • Illegal activities, including but not limited to:
    • Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech
    • Gambling (where prohibited by law)
    • Sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband
    • Pornographic, obscene, or explicit content
    • Terrorism or violent activities
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Deceptive redirects or interference with tracking codes
  • Harming minors or exploiting vulnerable individuals
  • Misrepresenting affiliation with Nisalink, merchants, or advertisers

Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Use of Qualifying Links

  • Only authorized Nisalink links may be used to promote merchants
  • Links must not be altered, hidden, or manipulated to mislead users
  • Clicks must be generated by genuine user interest
  • You may only display merchant-provided materials as approved by Nisalink
  • Campaigns and links can be terminated by merchants or Nisalink at any time

6. Payments & Commissions

  • Commissions are paid based on verified leads, sales, or actions
  • Nisalink’s tracking and reporting are final and binding
  • Payments follow the schedule in your Publisher Dashboard
  • Fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations may result in withholding payments

7. Data Privacy & Compliance

  • Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data protection laws
  • Disclose affiliate links and cookies on your site
  • Protect all confidential information received from Nisalink

8. Termination

  • Policy violations may result in suspension or termination
  • Inactivity over a defined period may lead to account removal
  • Users may also terminate their account anytime

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Nisalink provides the platform “as-is” without warranties
  • Nisalink is not responsible for merchant claims or end-user issues
  • Maximum liability is limited to the last 3 months’ commissions

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Insert applicable jurisdiction].

Disputes will be handled through arbitration or local courts as appropriate.

11. Changes to This Agreement

Nisalink may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted, and continued use implies agreement.
